January 2019 - Update
So after a sour ending to 2018 with the Valeo clutch giving way after around 1,000 miles, I saw this as a time to upgrade, I'll be honest I got a little carried away and had the following work done:
AST 4100's including Topmounts

I currently have two keys for my Clio however one is so bent it doesn't fit in the barrel and the other is also bent and doesn't look in best share therefore I was looking at a couple of replacements.
I've found a place locally that will charge £110.40 per key but I found a thread...

Sorry to jump on the thread but I also need a second key for my Clio can you buy a whole unit? I assume get it cut at a usual place and then go to Renotech to get it coded?
Does anyone know a place that has one in stock?
My car is all ready to be put back together however I've been let down by HELIX and I'm due to be on track next Saturday 8th December and currently have no clutch.
Any help would be much appreciated.

So I went with 80 front & rear and ended up going with the AST mounts. They are much more however as the car is purely for track I thought I may as well go for a set up with the most adjustment, which the AST offers.
You make the same point as other experienced drivers. I went for the 80/80...

I'm running EPAS and from memory this doesn't throw up any lights on the dash.
However my ABS light is currently on but for other reasons!
But then I need to get someone to weld them. Which again is going another level.
If you were to choose out of the AST’s or PMS “standard” top mounts which would you go for.
I feel like I need it now!
If I'm spending all this money surely I may as well go the whole hog to make sure the set up can be perfect.

This was my issue also, they were a lot more and I couldn't work out the benefit (other than extra camber).
