yes no problem martin, if your looking for a cheapish option i would go for standard bottom end cams and the one piece valves!
ours was standard engine with cams, vvt removed vernier pulleys and head work and we got 203bhp at the wheels
think i will go for pistons and rods for a bit more reliability
hi exact thing has just happend to me, pics here http://www.cliosport.net/forum/showthread.php?609513-R.I.P-Engine.-What-to-do-next-Help-appreciated./page2
i also had standard engine with cams and throttle bodies
as said on other threads no noise when it went wrong just went off a cylinder, well as you can see by the pics it is well and truly of a cylinder
have heard quite a lot of people sayng to change the valves, if engine is getting revved
thats whats stampped on part of the subframe, ex cup racer looking to cut off old engine mounts and re weld them onto a standard subframe, got clio sport one (well was told it was of a sport but the height behind the steering rack is diffrent ill attach pics
seems like a common fault heard a few people with the same, but not heard if polybushes are available or standard only, havent had a chance to get the rack off yet to see
