Go to your local bodyshop first and ask them to machine polish that, from the photos it looks like most of that will just buff out if you're lucky.
If it doesn't then please!!!!!!! Don't use a smart repair company

Yeah use a grey scotch to prep it up not paper, if by 2k you mean laquer that you have to add hardener to then that's better than aerosol laquer, what are using to apply the laquer?
Tbh though mate 100 quid is a very good price for a proper paint job, will be 10000000x better than a rattle can...
Hey mate, I work in a bodyshop down the road in newbury and live in thatcham, if you want I can mix some up in water base for you, all you would then need would be a bit of lacquer to go over them with so they don't just wash off.

It will draw attention to the dent mate
People will say "oh look, it has an f1 sticker" "oh dear, look at that large dent that's under it" and then "oh dear, it's not actually a sport of any kind"

Pics? Take it to a decent bodyshop first and get an estimate because it will want blending into the next panels plus any parts that have been broken on the window mechanism inside the door, then you will have a better idea on how much cash to get off the offender :)
Try a hair dryer or heat gun for a short period and see if they disappear, could possibly be water marks that have been baked under masking sheet when it was last in a bodyshop,

Could be in the inner sill's, use a piece of wire and try unblocking the sill drainage holes along the sill, see if water pisses out,
I had the same water sloshing noise so unblocked mine and about a pint came out
