the acoustic valve is on there to cut down the induction noise i think you will find that most people take them off! its behind the passenger side wheel arch liner.

i think you will find that the standard airbox and panel filter set up is the best for performance mate but the viper sounds the bolloc*s dosent it!! lol

all you need is the standard rs tuner firmware 1.85 or higher mate.
once you have got your hands on one then you then download the software from henks website and that then stays on your laptop ready for each time you want to use the rs tuner.
you then plug the cable that comes with the tuner...

the discs and pads were new 3k miles ago and the drivers side is fine...
the 182 exhaust trims dont stick on mate!!
they have a series of clips around the back edge of them and they locate into small holes that are in the 182 bumper
shouldnt be too much of a job tho but they aint cheap to buy!!
it would take 2 of you to do a bonnet mate 1 to hold the vinyl up while the other smooths it down with a flat edge
start from the middle and work your way out to the edges
without heat on it the vinyl is very forgiveing and you can relift it loads of times and press it back on it stays...
