wasn't a bad kit but it's a copy of the smallest wilwood caliper, can't remember the model sorry. know plenty of people who've ran them over the years and no real complaints.
ONE HUNDRED AND TWENTY FIVE POUND FOR FOUR BLEED NIPPLES.
i'll repeat that again...
ONE HUNDRED AND TWENTY FIVE POUND FOR FOUR BLEED NIPPLES.
that's over THIRTY ONE POUNDS EACH!!!!!!!
doesn't matter how you look at it no bleed nipple is worth anywhere near that price ?
looked into that a few years ago, think a lot was to do with them either not set up properly and the lug mounted ones flexing quite a bit. fitted a few sets over the years and no one has complained about them.
or this... https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Brake-Caliper-Bleed-Nipple-Repair-Kit-Welzh-Werkzeug-4017-WW-with-6-nipples/173587208188?hash=item286a9a97fc:g:igAAAOSwpw5bwk8A:rk:6:pf:0
yeah, transmission fluid. doesn't matter if it gets on the seals. i just mix it and use it in a trigger spray bottle. give it a spray a couple of times a day for a couple of days.
soak them in 50/50 acetone and atf for a couple of days, then drill them with a left handed drill bit, hopefully they will pick up and wind out. if not you can get a propper repair kit for them with a stainless insert for the nipple to sit in.
mount does look like it's for a sadev so may not be able to get it to fit, also they were angled differently to the shadard engine/box set up to run more clearance over the subframe.
i could be wrong but i've got it in my head that h&r made the oe springs? think i've got some 182 cup standard springs but they sit stupidly high on the front.
ratios on the standard box are no good for boost, especially decent power. some of the dci boxes are fine but a couple of them have a stupidly high 5th gear (could be thinking of the later box though sorry)
going for a later 6 speed box isn't a straighforward conversion though.
have a look...
that's getting there. depends on your budget as well. i would just get the ports tidied up a bit, deshroud the valves and skim it a fair bit to bring cr back up.
it's the connections on the plug. people think cleaning the plug sorts the issue out but it's the fact it's unplugged and plugged back in that sorts it out, even though majority of the time it's temporary.
