As above, my ezi bleed kit worked fine with my Clio 172.

Mine hasn’t changed a lot, as I tend to keep my cars for a long time (forever) December 2005 Clio 172 which I still own. Toyota Hilux purchased July 2009, still own. Fabia VRS bought December 2010, still own. BMW M2, 2017, still own.

I dread to think what I have spent on my Clio 172, I’ve owned it for 14 years now!

I’ll run either the Clio or the M2.

I would get some 197 cams fitted (and timed up correctly) and then have them mapped at EFI. I did the above and my 172 with matched inlets, PMS exhaust and it made 190bhp.

I have one of these Pela pumps It works well tbh, and is easy to use. I only use it to do oil changes on the fabia as I can’t be arsed to remove the under trays.

I used to run them with 2118s with no issue, you just have to make sure the wheel weights don’t catch the caliper.

Update: The Clio has had quite a bit done to it this month. New cambelt, aux belt, waterpump and coolant, dephaser pulley and 197 cams fitted and timed 7 degrees. All done by Gary (The Clio Man) Then yesterday I went to EFI Parts for mapping. The Clio made. 189.2 bhp 168.2 lb/ft So happy...

Because they look better IMO, and 15” wheels have a wider range of rubber choices. I have 3 sets of 2118’s.

Quick update: I have now owned the M2 for 2 years, and done 11,400 miles, still no idea what I’ll replace in with next year (the plan was to keep it for 3) maybe a M2 CS. The car is running well no issues, bar a blow out on a M3 slip road, annoying as the tyre had only done around a thousand...

My compbrake set up came with hawk pass too. They were dangerous when cold! I had mine fitted for around 70k iirc and had no issues. I sold them due to high price of replacement discs (£115 each disc)

I used to run CompBrake B4 four pots under 15” wheels. Good setup as they use separate bells/ rotors.

Update: The 172 has just had it’s mot (it passed) it’s running well, but is now overdue a cambelt, so I will get that booked up asap. I really must book up some trackdays for next spring summer 19, as I’ve only done a couple of laps of goodwood with my LSD/ BC DR coilover set up. Pic from...
