    Anglesey, Oulton, Donington, Blyton, Cadwell. It'll pass at all tracks, although Bedford might be a bit tight with their 87db drive-by limit compared to 92db.

    Same exhaust as mine. Never had an issue on track, static test is 92-95db depending on the tester. As you say, pretty loud inside on full chat 😅

    How much would you say was too high? These are the rate for the Mk3 Cup Racer: 75Nm front, 130Nm rear or 8kg / 13kg.

    There isn't really anything out there for ARB/roll control upgrades apart from roll centre kits. We also lower the cars which makes it worse, so it's substituted with stiffer springs.

    That's probably not far off stock spring rate 😅 It's all to combat roll and to make it more stable. It's nothing compared to what the EP3 Civic boys use, like 14kg front/16kg rear 😂

    Inspect the aux belt, if all good just carry on. Cambelt will be fine, can't remember the last time I heard of one failing. My brother's old Megane is still going on a 10 year old belt.

    Yeah I would. Mine was scrubbing under hard cornering on the front at Oulton yesterday, so a stiffer spring would help that.

    As long as the Yuasa physically fits, there's no downsides to having a bigger capacity/higher Ah.

    Get the BC DS with solid top mounts from KAM Racing. I run 8/8kg on mine on the road. I'd go for 9 or even 10 on the front on yours as it's just for track. 8kg rear is the most they do for these, but don't forget it's a separate spring and shock, and the spring being positioned where it is...

    Odd, could try take the caliper off or pads out and actuating the lever loads of times to see if it brings the piston out and then wind it back in. That should free it up.

    Which 200 do you mean, the Mk3 197/200 or the Mk4 200EDC? Mk3 bolt in and Mk4 press in.

    Unfortunately powdercoating does tend to attract corrosion from the inside, only needs a tiny way in and it starts.
