Basically my friends gone into buying and refurbishing wheels and then selling them on. He's doing it with a friend that owns a tyre shop. He's offered me a fully refurbished set of rota grids and sprayed any colour with four brand new tyres for £500. Is this a good deal or should I shop else...

There's a set on eBay and they're 15mm spacers too with the bolts,£45.99 Edit:scrap that just looked they're no longer on there!

182 wheels you can get for around £250,and the stickers can be found on eBay. Check the local meets section to see if anythings going on in your region

Colour code the bumper and get it on new wheels and it will look sweet man

I may give it a try,my old mans alright with painting s**t so might get him to give me a hand! I've got the paint code so I'll have to get some paint made up,no idea where tho!

I have no experience with painting anything,closest I've done is plati dip haha! May have a go on the weekends,yea the spoiler is all prepped for paint

Half hour break:( yea I need a spoiler would set the back end off nicely! That sounds like a good idea may look into that!!

Looking to get my door trims and the trim either side of my numberplate(picture below) colour coded on my mk3 and was wondering what people have been quoted/charged. Also looking at buying a spoiler but it comes unpainted and was wondering how much it would cost. Cheers.

Go for at least 40mm,35mm is hardly noticeable. I've got 40mm on standard shocks with no problem at all. Anything lower than 50mm is advised to get updated shocks. Here's a picture of how mine sits

I got mine off eBay there's loads of them on there,wish my lights were projectors!

Hids,but I don't have them I took them off after two days because I didn't have projectors,now I have Ice blue xenons

Haha sounds like the life,I've only just started work as I've finished college but unfortunately work is only temporary

I'm busy with working full time don't finish till 5:( might see if I can squeeze it in though if getting it done in a spray shop is too expensive

Also looking at getting the door trims and the part either side of the numberplate on the front colour coded,anyone have an idea how much it is? Or is it worth doing myself?
