The problem with worn mounts is that the rubber is compressed so much as it is rubber anymore or has metal to metal contact. Did you also replace the 4th engine mount? (Or gearbox mount) It is attached on the subframe with one bolt and the other bolt to gearbox metal brace.

The center section from a satnav, I bought it last year from here. But the interior trims near the display are missing.

Maybe they are not so solid? I have a used set of solid mounts and they are not as hard as poly. I did not test them on the car.

Fit the new damped pulley with 5 ribs and check the clearances for cambelt cover. Everything is OK:)

Cambelt cover is ready. It does fit great. Sort a new aux pulley and a 5pk belt. Next week I will go to the machine shop and hopefully this winter I will assemble the engine:)

I know it is an old topic, but can anyone help me how should I tension the belt on a cup setup? It says 183hz frequency in manual, but from a smartphone measure, seems white a lot:))
