Check the dogbone mount first. Powerflex bushes can be had for £30 and are a doddle to fit.
Pretty obvious way to test, while driving along in gear, plant the throttle and watch the gearstick. If it jumps forward or back too much, the mount is worn.

No matter how mint they are now, they'll be fucked by the time they arrive in Barnsley having been kicked about by a courier if you sell them.
£30-50 a pop if you want rid of them is fair money. To the right person, you might get more, but doors are a hassle to shift, post and store, so any offer for them is a good offer.
I've run various 1*2's over the last 7-8 years for probably 50k miles with the cambelt overdue. Never had so much of a sniff of an issue.
About 600 injectors go though.
If it's an all year round road car, look no further than Michelin PS3's. If it's a fast road car, AD08R's. If it's a track car, well, you choose there.
