Loving the engine bay mate. Keep meaning to get mine back on the road as it's been sorn'd for a year now but know it'll be another million pounds. Starting with the dreaded manifold stud nuts that always want to disembark.
Just spent half the day detailing my daily driver. Bodywork is pretty shocking tbh with scratches and stone chips all over the car. The wheels are all shot and need a full refurb but apart from all that I think it came out rather well. Below is a list of the products I used:
Carpro PH...
I used Solution Finish trim restorer a few days ago on my GF's Mini Cooper. Black mounded arches and skirts were always grey and marred and I had tried numerous products to no avail. However this stuff is absolutely stunning. Real depth and not super glossy that sometimes looks stupid. Would...
I agree. People like what they like which is why there's people driving round in Allsorts. I appreciate subtle aggression as much as in your face stuff. Would I say the Civic is a good design overall...No I wouldn't as the it looks half finished in places and the wheel size to arch ratio is...
I think there is a place for everything. If you want the understated Q car who barely anyone would recognise as a performance car unless into cars you have the Golf R and Seat Leon etc. However if you want to say or in the form of the Civic and Focus RS shout about it you have a choice. In my...
I love all the rocket bunny stuff and the RWB Porsches too. Think it's my Dominic Toretto coming out!! I loved the concept but the reality was a bit wet IMO and I think this redresses the balance
Been looking at these for a while and even test drove one about 6 months ago. Been keeping an eye on the tuners but found this picture the other day and thought I'd put it out there as I think it looks awesome. Photoshopped I'm guessing but oozing aggression. Comments welcome:
The mechanic we use is a friend of the family and he also MOT's all our cars. He has said it is failing the emissions tests. He has tried putting cleaner through it to see if that would work but to no avail. It is fubar'd matey. She is looking at Capturs today though so it can't have put her...
It still has a weeks MOT on it and I think she's gonna trade it in from speaking to her tonight, as unless your in love with your twingo spending a grand on a £4K car is just bonkers. Not like me who spends triple what the car is worth every year like a prized t**t
The c**k block who designed...
Spoke to Ktec today they only sell the whole engine back system which is the bast part of a grand. And they don't split it and even if they did it wouldn't fit the rest of the OEM exhaust so basically the same price as the Renault cat on its own. I'm amazed that nobody makes a sports cat for...
Hi All,
My sister's twingo 133 has just failed its MOT on account of the Cat being fooked. A replacement is nearly a grand as per typical Renault comedy prices. I have looked around for a sports cat but can't find any. Does anyone know if there is a place that does one please??
Cheers
I've just moved to Clent and used it see your Clio about a mile from Merry Hell. Brilliant, will look forward to that. Need to get my finger out my Arse and get the car back on the road then ha ha
Wouldn't mInd tagging onto that too if that's ok as it would be good to meet some fellow owners who are local. cs Dave I think your literally about 2 miles from me . I do have to do the small matter of un sorning it and getting it to actually work first tho.
That is stunning mate and almost a carbon copy of mine so I admire your taste
The 2118's really do make the car in my opinion. Makes me want to take some proper photos of mine as the ones I have currently really don't do the car justice. What suspension setup do you have??
