Ok got it off.... On both sides HOWEVER I presume this is the washer to be left on?... ( that most people throw away ) My drivers side didn't have one on??

I've got the other disc of with a hammer so they are both off. But the bearings holder is stil on?

Replacing my discs and breaks. Pads are of... Passenger side disc just slid straight off but the bearing holder is stuck on...? How do I get it off. Also the drives disc just won't budge

yes and I have done the following "About" (entered 8 digit code) "Read cal" (copied the first link) - rstuner_8000_bla bla bla The green bar appeard for about 2 mins.... Am I correct in thinking that I now need to "Write cal" with the same link and then... "Write ecu" with Overrun map

When I clicked read cal the green bar appeard and took around two minutes. I'm guessing that was the back up but God knows we're it was saved to. Can I perform this action again and save to a secure location

Thanks! On the video I have watched it says to back up the file. As I'm following it step by step it won't let me. The box stays greyed out

I'm slightly confused I emails heck last night and he responded with this In order to update the ecu software, use 'write ECU' first. See the instructions that came with the previous email to you.

On the step by step video when in flashes up to "back up ecu" this doesn't happen on mine.
