Just make sure who ever does it, strips the bumper of the factory RB every where and a complete repaint, you dont want someone whos going to flat it, sand out + isolate that area , spray it in then relacquer. £300 - £500 +VAT removed and refitted would be realistic IMO..........
Personally id leave that well alone take it back and take it on the chin, a rush rush repair could end in tears, worst thing is if you have it done in a rush rush, they see it and dock you alot more to correct it.
Too much of this cover up malarky these days, take it on the chin instead of...
Its not twisting at the clamp on the back box BTW, it twists at the joint between the mid section and the back box section, ive had 2, both were the same, make sure the mid section is tight or tack welded.
Mix brands, but dont mix grades of oil, or fully with semi synth etc. So the short answer is No!.
However!!, If you were absolutely desperate, and it was running well below dipstick then ANY oil is better than no oil......
Hehe Spray Shack are still in business, just not on this forum. However, i *suspect* they will making a reappearence shortly with some new hardware.......im reliably informed

Is that right 182PS?
Agreed definately repairable, but i wouldnt bother, personally id get a cheap used one & have it repainted, then fit it yourself. Or just a used BG one if you can find one, depends body work wise how fussy you are.
The hesitation & kangarooing, is what annoys me mostly, mainly in the cold running.......the engine management is crap compared to the 172/182 cars, its a shame they are a stunning looking car.
Yes lacquer blends are smart repair teritory and really should only be done on 1/4's etc, and in a narrow gap, where you cannot remove the panel, to be fair though if the fade is done well, and the correct blend out thinner sprayed over the edge, you cant see it at all and the polishing is like...
The first question with any repair.......is do i want back "as it left the factory"......or can i live with filler, lacquer blends (tisk tisk) etc etc.......
Did you use rattle can primer? if so that remains solvent sensitive even once dried, if you apply your top coats far to heavy, it will thin the primer, loosening it, as the top coat drys the surface tension will cause cracking. Could also be incompatible products, but its most likely...

The case is the only thing good about the Mac Books, the internal components are all just the same as the higher end PC ones, I had the pleasure, of opening up a MBP that got damaged in various places (long story), nothing special inside, your basic off the shelf tweaked components supplied by...
Depends how bad is it, mine was only in low rev's (~2-3k) & at that point was real bad, i just nursed it to my unit (~20 miles). Aslong as your not too hard on it, i suspect no harm will be done.
Id put money on it being water in the plug well's, <30mins labour for someone whos clued up on...
I had this happen to me the other day after hitting a big puddle right in the kisser. Water in the spark plug holes was the first thing i checked, and they were swimming. Blew them out with compressed air, cleaned the leads and its running fine again.
I bent my rear beam 5 years ago on a pot hole in scotland, i got a used one and a mechanic to fit it and it came in ~400 all in. Obviously i didnt have any 1/4 damage, but your body work damage sounds minimal, so i very much doubt the rears going to cost silly numbers. Its all dependent on the...
RUK told me due to the cars age, and mileage (its an 07 & ~70k on clock) they wouldnt be able to do anything. So everyone! go buy a KIA.......7 year warrenty or 100,000 miles.......i doubt you'll have any problems with them if the manifold cracks & fails.
I dont care what they say its poor...
