If I had the days off and time i would. This is by ecotune in Glasgow who are pretty highly regarded. But if the general consensus is that 400 is a bit of a bump then I'll probably stead clear and find somewhere else.
Around 13bhp which sounds optimistic with just a decat exhaust system and better panel filter. Can has only done 49k mond you and just had a fresh service
Well its £400 for a proper remap and not just a generic map... flashing some premade settings. Thats a lot of wedge for like 5-10bhp in my experience... but if it' gonna make the driviabilty better and maybe even out the power etc and sort out tweaks here and there then maybe it is.
Holy thread revival, batman!
Looking to have the 182 mapped and dont know where to go. (Eml is on from decat)
The prices range from 250 to 400. The latter is a proper custom job apparently instead of just flashing a pre done chip and tweaking. Dont know wether I should you go for the more...
Thanks for the info. Not looking for anything fancy. Just Bluetooth to make use of my spotify and preferably compatable with the original controls.
Been a while since I fitted a head unit . Assuming it still needs an adaptor for the wiring loom and then one of those steering wheel control...
It has a non res cat back rs192 exhaust at the moment. It sounds resonated to me but that probably because it seems quite quiet compared to the non res cobra I have on my 350z. It does feel a bit strangled in the revs but it' probably just the lack of noise that's making me think that.
Not...
I got one of these mad wee spoilers n'all now. Best of it is he said he had normal ones but thought they looked better! Would of been nice to been asked lol
Only thing that bugs me is theres more of a gap at one side of the window than the other side. Bit ocd but will probably annoy me...
Possibly a daft question but are any of these compatible with the little control behind the wheel?
Looking to get a new headunit myself so I can start getting more use out my Spotify!
Well if you are with privilege like myself you can claim uo to three times a year before it effects your ncb or premium. Hard to beleive.
Been reading mixed reviews about autoglass though. The women says it' a clear windscreen with the rain and light sensor bit but I was under the impression...
Thread resurrection (sorry)
My 182 has three cracks coming up from the corner.
I'm with privilege insurance and think they use autoglass... reading conflicting things regarding the claim. Does this effect your premium but not ncb? Hoping they replace the trim etc as standard and the...
Yeah it seems a bit of a weird joint. First I've came across anyway. Just wondered if its worth getting a new clamp but can't seem to find one anywhere... not sure what you mean by v clamp. Coukd always have a sleeve made? The front fitting kit will prob be a must as imagine the current wee...
So having bought back my old clio 182 and its had a bit of an overhaul (new shocks brakes exhaust) I've fitted cooksports springs and some turini alloys but thinking my next move should maybe be a decat.
Got a few questions for you knowledgeable folk..
I wanna do it right so I'm probably gonna...
Top advice guys. Got the shock out eventually and realised the mechanic who fitted the new shocks has rounded off the top bolt securing everything in place Was a dead end. Gonna let the garage at it. Annoying as the back springs look a piece of p*** too.
Looking for tips for removing damper bolts.
Managed to get the nuts off but the bolts won't slide out. The top bolt cap things been removed. Total stuck Tried whacking them with a rubber mallet but only budged a tiny bit.
Cars a 182 Clio full fat with cup pack
Trying to find a definitive answer to this.
The car in question is a cup model. The shocks have been confirmed as cup as they have the 60mm bolt spacing. However the front looks a little bit higher than the rear so it's bringing this topic in to question.
Front springs have blue and yellow...
