I'm looking at buying an secondhand ktec recessed exhaust for my 172, were there different tip styles as the one im looking at looks sharply slash cut in the photos where as I've seen some that are almost the same angle as the bumper.
My list is begining to look rather similar to yours but I enjoy doing it, if I wanted zero maintenance I'd buy a brand new car on finance and be eternally bored at its reliability
I'm sure it would be a good investment if kept to a low mileage and stored in a temperature controlled garage but then that's criminal in my eyes, the whole appeal of 1*2s is the drive
I don't get the argument that you've over paid, it's a LY for starters and it's not like we don't all waste money on cars. Near enough every time you change cars you lose money on repairs and maintenance that's been done but had little use out of if you get what I mean.
Washed and clay barred the whole thing, comes up pretty good really. Also the dodgy interior light has decided to start working when the doors open, I love French electrics they might fail for no reason but just sometimes they start working out of the blue.
Still not worked out what's going on with this, I do now know that the driver side door switch registers on a parasitic drain test where as the passenger side doesn't.
Any ideas?
I think it should be dealt with harshly, if it happened to me I'd be expecting the worst. The risk to others driving with no MOT is plain negligent. And he's a knob
My mother-in-laws partner has just had his van impounded for driving with no tax insurance or mot, what is he likely to have happen to him. I personally hope they throw the book at him as he's a total waste of space and part of the reason we all pay elevated prices for insurance etc. I believe...
Had a look, it's damaged so might be the problem except the interior light won't work with the drivers door either even though I can see it drawing power when open. They work on the switches however
Good question, that was on my auto ranging multimeter using the Amps rather than milliamps setting. Can you tell I haven't much of a clue what I'm on about:D.
When opening boot, drivers door etc I got around 4 amps, interestingly though not with the passenger door so would that be linked to my...
Ah now I'm thinking it could be linked to my interior lights not working when either door is opened and the fact my alarm will go off when unlocked with a door open
There was a thread on here detailing how to reproduce your vin sticker as mines had a seat belt shut on it. The link doesn't work anymore so has anyone know of a way to print or order a new one?
