    So a mate of mine has a Mk1 16v, and has lost his only key. Managed to source a new lock set, key and ignition barrel but obviously the immobiliser will be a problem with the new key. Is there anyway of removing the immob completely? If not, any simple ways to bypass it? cheers xx

    Don't bother with a Cup IMO. Get one with the correct spec. Coilovers, brakes, breathing mods already done> povvo spec machine.
