i use a netgear nas which i bought 4 years ago, its not the quickest compare to whats available now, but is able to stream 2-3 movies on hi def at once.

I personally wouldnt save direct to nas drives as desktop etc, as i sometimes use laptop away from home, so wouldnt have any thing saved on here.

you would have to look on each individual card , usual states size there, or format each one to check capacity.
what make are they, and was they sourced from a reputable dealer, as there used to be fakes etc, show up as a certain size but cant actually hold what they say and often go currupt
if there normal files, just copy them straight to another drive that working, if its programs or something specific (bootable drive), loads of software that an copy drive to drive, or copy drive to image and then back

on the second on you need to set the gate way to the home hubs IP.
so for example home hub 192.168.0.1, second hub 192.168.0.2, then gate way on second hub set to 192.168.0.1
If yer running sky firmware on router some things maybe blocked, so you might want to see if you can put netgears...
all routers you should be able to, but
on yer main router you would need to set up static IP address for the 2 router.
then on the 2nd router set it up not to send out IP address`s (dhcp off), then on routing options use the local IP same as the one above, then set up the gateway to the main...

I only upgraded as windows 8 was 25 quid, but I was running vista before.
I hate the tiles and think there should be the option for normal look or tiled.
