Thanks mate. I do think liquid yellow looks best either in the bright sun or at night under street lights. Definitely has a nice look at night when lit.
I decided to take a random trip to Wales in the R27 yesterday with a few friends. After an awesome day of driving, we stopped off at a great spot, along some epic roads. We decided to get the cameras out and have a play around. :D
Thanks to Keiran at Fuller Productions for taking the long...
Took a drive to Brecon Beacons National Park in Wales from Birmingham today. Spotted a few Clio's on the drive...
Silver 172/182
Blue 182 with white racing stripe
Orange 182
Black 197
I saw them all at different parts of the drive, but listed them in the order that I spotted them.
So myself and a few friends went out late last night to take some photos of the cars. There was my Clio R27, Rob's Toyota Supra and Joe's Focus ST. We waited until it was late so that it was dark with minimal traffic around, then did some shoots at various locations across Birmingham.
Thanks to...
In fairness, he's not had the car long. I'm sure he will get decent tyres on it when they're due a change. Currently blowing his money on spoilers, splitters, diffusers, and spray jobs lol
Thanks mate! :) No idea where that went... I noticed that it had disappeared after I gave it a clean yesterday. Seeking a new one at the moment, but not too sure where to get them. Don't really want to buy the whole centre caps, as they're quite expensive for what they are.
Me and my mate in his 350Z gave the cars a good clean the other day. We took a few photos of the cars together, which you can see on the thread here.
Here's a few shots of just the R27...
Feedback welcome :)
Me and my mate had a bit of a car cleaning session yesterday and decided to take a few shots of the cars afterwards. Some shots I like more than others. Feedback welcome.
Yeah, I had to do that with a company called Craigsplates on my last car. It was all fine, but just took a bit longer. Would recommend fancy plates though.
Surprisingly I didn't have to send them any proof of ownership or send them any documents. I just went through the steps, paid and ordered. They were delivered in just a few days.
I thought the old plates were looking a bit worn, so I decided to remove them and put on a fresh pair...
Old plates...
Needed a bit of a clean underneath...
The new plates...
I've just ordered a set of Standard UK plates from Fancy Plates. I'm not too keen on the border around my current ones and I prefer the stick-on plates rather than having them screwed on. Hopefully they will arrive early next week. :)
I decided to get rid of the CLIO badge on the back, give her a good wash and get some pictures...
Then I decided to climb up on my garage roof to get this shot, which after editing (possibly too much editing) looks a bit video-game like at the front...
Oh and I also had to remove the...
This sounds awesome. I've done the Black Mountain Pass before and it's one hell of a road! :D
I will let you know if I'm able to make it in the next few weeks.
