ill be getting the k-tec big brake kit shortly after next week hopefully, thats 285mm, zinc plated drilled and relocates your current caliper for around £200. As for the rears may as well just get standard discs for the amount of force applied, maybe uprated pads.
It think it still only comes with a cold air pipe and the filter no adaptor plate. Adaptor wont be too difficult to make yourself, just need to sort out what to do with the breather pipes.
id try an epoxy putty, with metal in. I used some to repair a core plug on my RT and it worked a treat. Dont get the cheap stuff and make sure its ok heat and pressure wise. Just put it round the stripped thread, then either cut a new thread or make one with the plug just before its set. Easier...
