Ds1.11 will absolutely sort your brake issues mate even with limited cooling with the steelies. Paint started bubbling on my steelies at Anglesey and no brake fade.

Impact gun is totally the incorrect way to tighten a cam pulley nut, they need to be torqued to spec or risk it slipping. Your supposed to hold the cam pulley with a locking tool whilst tightening.

Wiring splice joins by the looks of it. I reckon the issue is pre fuse box, have you had test meter on it on the supply side to the fuse.
