LMao, V-maxx coilovers are cheap coilovers, that costed 300 quid in the GB, why on earth would you spend 250 setting them up.

LOL hang on. you dont wanna buy cheap coils, but you dont wanna spend 700+ so what are you thinking your going to get ? kemixx coils ? fks are 500 ! Its absolutely bizzare to change bolt spacing and going to the hassle of doing it, when theres perfectly good coils out there. Its just beyond me.

How are you finding trouble getting 54mm fitment coilovers, theres loads. Theres not many 52mm fitment coilovers. I dont see the problem. Making 52mm to 54mm on the struts is a waste of time/money/coilover.

Fair play for keeping it so mint though. Touch in the that stonechip, wetsand it back and then polish up with machine, will basically be invisible.

Can't say i would want to drive with a snapped spring. Just as bad as driving with cut springs imo.

Good to see its got sorted. I also spoke to someone from k-tec for advise when fitting springs on my car, put my mind at rest too.
