Ask the price for an upgrade to T1-Rs as they are much higher rated. However, this is in my opinion and loads of people on here have a negative opinion of Toyos and will tell u to go for more expensive tyres, like michelin or pirellis.
nope, still available. When I went though the were 205-45-17. I've got T1-s now and had yokohama A539 before. The A539 were awesome in the wet but not as good as expected in the dry. The toyo's are great in the dry and imo so far they been pretty good in the wet.
I've been into halfords and they offer a Sparco strut brace for £47, I want a strut brace and this seems like a fair price. Do you recommend this and what effects will it have on my car? I already have coilies on it.
Also have a look at ivanhoe. In terms of quality its better than dynamat but just under dynamat extreme however it costs a fraction of the price for dynamat extreme.
You seem pretty erm, informative on ICE so I have a quick question. If you match the RMS on the speakers to the output on the HU will it be as good a quality as having the speakers amped, or would it be better to use an amp so you could control the frequency ranges a bit better?
Heh, theres always the argument of 'stereo imaging' though. People in bands try and record the music as though the band were playing on stage in an ambient room, so they will record songs using stereo imaging which places sounds they want in the background/forground/left side/right side etc etc...
mixed views, a lot of people will say there's little point as a lot of the sound will be drowned out by the sub. I have 6x9s in the shelf and like the fact that it gets some treble in the back, however the sub drowns out a lot of the sound from them. Maybe having a look at just upgrading the...
I like my tomtom, its never got me lost (although it found some fun routes when I was in a truck). Buy the speed camera detector from ebay for £1, my friend did and t works a treat
No breach, when you agree to insurance part of the agreement states that you're information may be shared with other companies ;)
In regards to the increased premium, I would argue with the insurer, play some companies off against each other or even better, go to a small brokers.
proud to keep my smoked lexus lights, I like them they match my black car. Im not a huge fan of clear lexus lights, but they should look ok on a silver clio. pics!
A stupid point, but would it also be a not great idea storing it under the bonnet due to the heat from the engine. aside from the obvious possibility of you're car exploding, engines prefer cold air to hot air...
Looks good I like it, I think carpeting the box would be a good idea though. Dare I say it looks like a sub hanging out of a bin liner from the pics, sorry.
I know the argument, but like I said it doesn't slow you down enough for it to bias you're decision. an inch or 2 if that in a straight line. I cant argue any other points as like I said, always had 17's on mine however I will say I am considering putting 15's back on as I understand it will...
you can lower it plenty, mines about 70-80mm lower on 17's. I cant comment on differences in handling because I put 17's on straight away, however it seems ok. I do agree that the low profile tyres make the ride a little bit harder though. As for the 'it'll slow you down' I've not been outpaced...
sorry dude, any combinations I could come up with are sold. I had a website which you could type your name in and it would find a relative plate but I cant find it. If I do find it I'll write down
Would the rear bumper from this kit:
