The reason that it puts me off is I don't think its very good value for money, youre paying £500 in the above picture for what a gas canister solenoids and a bit of nylon tube!!

A wet WON system will bolt clean on, should be fine upto a max of 50 without a progessive controller just ensure the mix is good :)

Check HT leads (listen for arcing) and check they are making decent contact with the plugs, failing that it most probably is the coilpack (its worth getting the plugs out to and making sure they arnt rusty on top if the bay looks like its been recently cleaned)

I wouldnt feel comfortable sitting there at 7000RPM all day, at least not without some gauges with oil temps pressure etc.. You have to bear in mind how hot some internal components are getting with prolonged high RPMs

Well the Rstuner will raise the rev limiter a few hundred RPM but this will obviously only alow you to go a smidge faster. Not sure if you can bolt up a 197 gearbox to a 182 engine (6 gears I'd presume 6th gear will be slightly longer than 5th on your existing box), I have a feeling the answer...
