erm pass on that one, i remember doing it once you just have to quickly stick the key in the ignition which stops the alarm (this was on my astra mind) unless of course you know a way to disable the alarm?
You can get one cut down the locksmiths in southbourne which will have the transponder chip for the ECU in it. (I would still seal it somehow though) Cost me £17.50 a few years ago but I bet its nearer the £30 mark now!
I'm not expert so the below is probably useless, but hell I'm gunna say it anyway.
You need to be sure the software is for the correct revision ECU (a few people have have loaded the wrong revision with RStuner and had problems) But providing you backup the old map first you should be ok worst...
3rd gear went funny for me at 30kish. The gearboxs arn't very good compared to german boxs. I'd like another 182 but this is the main thing that puts me off
You offer a remapping service and you dont even know how to adjust an actuator?
More threads at the end of the rod will mean the wastegate opens slower, therefore increasing boost so you want to tighten the end nut
Yep it wont throw up any kind of light on the dash (not sure if CLIP would retrieve a fault though)
Make sure you leave the pipe that leads to the tank open and dont block it off or you will get a vacuum build up!
I admit its rare to find a brid who is into her cars but you must have strange taste in women to want to lick her shoes lol, Unless thats a bad picture?
Yeah true, I wouldnt waste my time either. It's just the the whole "save it and buy a better car thing" annoys me. Yes it makes financial sense most of the time to do that, but sometimes its good to try something new. Especially if you can do a lot of the work yourself :)
What changing a gearbox? Not so difficult on a 1.2
Sorry I dont know the answer to your question however logic would dictate that being the smallest engine which is found in a Clio it probably has the lowest ratios anyway
