looking for new decals for speedline 2118s
Hoping someone could point me in the direction of some.
Not much has been done apart from a bit of driving in the car, as this was built in mind of doing a few road trips I decided to take the car from Glasgow down to County Durham over the weekend to visit some family.
It was my first reasonably lengthy journey, 314 mile round trip with a mix of...
Don't think ive posted much by way of interior shots, had borrowed a camera from a mate so was just testing it out on detail shots. thought id stick them in here.

Got the PMS exhaust on over the weekend, first impressions are very good. Really happy with how it sits in the bumper in comparison to the yozza, also much prefer the motorsport inspired slash cut tip. was never a fan of how the yozza sat under the bumper and inward rolled. Need to find an...
Bit the bullet and got myself a pms system, it still baffles me how this is going to be quieter than the yozza with a sports cat and a mid res.
Went for the tried and tested decat and no mid silencer.. I'm hoping for quieter at low speed and just as loud when giving it some beans. Time will...
Exactly the same thing I'm doing with my 172, yozza with sports cat is a drone fest.
My friend has a PMS with no silencers and a decat and it is much quieter than the yozza. Im not sure if I will be going for non silenced centre or silenced yet.
After the weekends trip out in the flamers, I had to plan some maintenance.
Had popped a tyre while out on a trip over some country roads.
some pictures from the trip and tyre:

@Stu. and I took a trip from Dunfermline over to Aberfeldy yesterday.
First lengthy drive in the Clio since I've had it back on the road, managed to put around 260 miles on it around 120 of that was tiring motorway the rest was some great winding roads through the Scottish landscape.
Stopped...
Haha both look nice from afar, bonnet has a little spot of rust so I'm on the constant look out for a mint flame red one, bumper also needs a bit of paint!
Cheers man, Yeah they tilt forward. They would have been a special order from Recaro. Done some research on them the other night someone...
That does look handy, Thank you. Realistically the cars never extremely dirty so I don't think I'm going to need an extremely powerful washer. Once I've had it detailed I can just do maintenance wash with something like that.
Next up was the Recaros.
Been avoiding giving them a scrub for a while. I would still like to get a wet vac on to them but just not had an opportunity to do that yet. However they have been vastly improved with some foamy fabric cleaner.

More of those little jobs doing today,
First off was cleaning up the sticky plastics.
Used a combination of sugar soap, soapy water and a quick detailer just to wipe them off.

Aux function packed in somehow on my head unit, had a spare one laying in the garage from a previous car. Had forgotten what unit it was I had so was pleasantly surprised when I took it out the box and was almost identical.
Out with the old:

Got the seats out and lowered today and all the carpets hoovered out.
Biggest gripe with the car since day 1 has been the fact you basically sit on top of the Clio with these seats, sussed out there was a bracket that raised these about 25mm that was not needed, think whoever ordered these for...
Great write up enjoying the updates and attention to detail with it. A vote here for 197 cams ive ditched the aircon and ran Epas on mine as well does certainly feel as though it revs up much quicker. The extra 18 - 20bhp makes all the difference when pressing on while still retaining that NA buzz.
The start of the little anal things now to tidy it up, took the rear belts out the middle one always annoys me seeing it swing about. good couple of KG out of the rear.

Checked down at the inner cills, thankfully no nasty surprises. I will give this the...
Fired in 4 new injectors from Renparts, seems to have sorted the intermittent misfire.

Some sneak peak at the bolts for @Stu. Sunflower
No more updates parts wise...
Getting close to a point where I will be able to plan some trips with this now, few final bits done just some injector/misfire issues and we should be rocking.
Fog light brake ducts are on.
