Search for Clio Mk2 Hazard switch surround.
It just pops off using a plastic interior removal tool at top left and top right
You can then remove the 3 connectors to the switches and remove the whole thing.
The hazard switch comes out the front and the other 2 switches go out the back of the...

If you don't want to buy new. I've got a used pair for sale Genuine Renault ones in ex condition, a few light scratches on them but polished up they look good. I have pics if needed.
I put some Gtechniq C4 on mine, make sure you use Isopropyl alcohol and the surface is super clean before applying. Also do it on a warm sunny day, you don't want any rain on them for 24hrs.

When I could see the tip of my exhaust from back of car it was because the hanger had gone, but if it's all secure thats the main thing (y)

My temp guage is acting exactly the same way! It always stayed on the halfway mark and never moved before.
I've bought a genuine Renault thermostat & coolant temp sensor and will be replacing both as well as new coolant.
I think if you do the same it will fix your issue.
