I took my car to Beaniesport when I wanted it finished, a good 7 hour round trip (and that’s before me and him stand chatting for hours and hours!)
if it’s your pride and joy and you want it all done properly, then 1.5 hours is nothing. Imo.

Whoever buys it won’t care. It won’t get driven. My bet is it will get snapped up by one of the specialists, get recommissioned and then sold for big bucks to a collector who will put it in their garage and forget about it.
I’d buy it for £13k. I think it will need at least £4K spending on it...
If the regulator has been off the car a while, the cables could have slackened/stretched a little or something so it could well need a little wind up and down to tension itself back up properly.
I use these on all my 5L tubs. Saves so much wastage of spilling and over pouring etc.
