    wanna strip it..

Thats rubbish tbh. And I cant even be bothered to go into why.....

    wanna strip it..

You'd be surprised how heavy those 'minor' things are. I was shocked when I picked up the front carpet up! And if you remove a load of little things, that adds up to a lot too. Why do you think F1 designers try to remove as much weight from trivial things like the wing mirrors?

Where do you buy your photography kit?

eBay.....sometimes WarehouseExpress too. Depends what I'm buying too.

    wanna strip it..

When you say strip it, are you just going to do what most people do when they say they've stripped their car and remove just the rear seats?! If you're going to do it, do it properly. As in all the roof lining, door cards etc...

    New MBP's Soon.

From the rumours I dont think I'll be gutted I bought my MBP earlier. And I stand by my principle....if you wait for new technological releases...you'll never buy the damn thing!

Bomber's Reliable Savage Supercharged Snorting Slut of a Ph1

Re: Bomber's Savage Supercharged Snorting Slut of a Ph1 Shame we didnt have a play bummer, I was a bit worried after coming around the corner and seeing you at the side! Still at least we made it off the track in one piece.....unlike someone ;)

PF97s = Face ripping stopping power!

^Yeh I know what you mean. On the road, I've found myself braking a little bit, and not that much happens, then I push harder and I get too much braking! Just something to get used to....no major complaints on the road so far. And none from their first track day either.

    Mintex 1144, 1155 or 1166 pads in Willwood 4-pot callipers - 172 track-car

Dont bother with 1144s!!!! Great on the road, dead after a few laps on track.

Not long been back from Llandow trackday. Pissed it down most of the day, but it did get almost dry for a couple of hours in the afternoon. REALLY happy with them. Never faded once, although I wasnt pushing really hard due to the conditions. I got some vids, so will get them up soon.

wtf! It was at the top of my list when I hit 'new posts'! Not my bad!!

    Harnesses for Recaro Trendlines?

I wouldnt bother, they dont really work with trendlines as they have no side bit to pass the harness through, as a result it isnt 'holding' you in place properly like it would in buckets. And they are reclining with I've been told is a no no with harnesses.

    Looks or speed?

+1 Clio's arent about outright speed, more handling :)

    Cup packs or not?

Cant tell from that pic. Have a search as well, sure this has been covered before.

    Cup packs or not?

I cant see a splitter on your car, which is part of the cup pack, but it may have just been removed. Rear spoiler is the other one, slightly 'bigger' than normal.

What a difference a jack makes.

Damn I need a proper jack! Just come in the from the garage after using a cheapo halfords one. I have to drive the car on a plank of wood to allow the jack to get under after I fitted my ASTs :( One day....

    Amateur Photographer.....

That means 1/2 second and 1/5 second. What ever number is there, it's a fraction of a second - so 1/x (where x is what's displayed on the camera) If it's a second or over it usually has something like 1", 2" etc And that's way to slow for handheld btw!! Get a tripod! :)
  24. DanFreemanPhoto

    Amateur Photographer.....

You need a tripod then, but you should still get pretty sharp image without one. What shutter speeds were you using?
  25. DanFreemanPhoto

    Amateur Photographer.....

You will get softer images at small apertures like f22. Stick to around f11 ish and you'll be better off. I'm not gonna lie...it just looks like you parked your car and wondered round taking a few snaps. What would you want to improve on?

PF97s = Face ripping stopping power!

And how has your paintwork faired? Tony - the race car doesnt look bad at all, from what people say about the paint with these pads, you would have no car left!

PF97s = Face ripping stopping power!

FLOL! I gotta get someone to drive my car so I can get some snaps like that! I would just love to hear what people in nearby cars think!
