Considered it but I only wanted H&Rs, and unfortunately that sort of money just went on insurance/tax/tyres/pads this month.
Not in a rush to get them on Dan, going to wait until I have my 24k a week Friday.
130 miles for me on the Sunday morning, not cleaning it when I arrive though, just on Saturday if the weather holds out. Didn't clean it for RWS last year and it was pissing down on the way there, still looked fairly clean when I got there.
Everyone else seems to be doing this today, now its my turn...
New Eibach Sportlines and EBC Greenstuff pads. Arrived a while ago but never got round to actually unpacking it until recently.
Is this the nubbin that controls the intermittent speed with the little dashes that get thicker? If so, I've had two Clio's with this (including my current Cup) and I've never noticed any difference between the far end of either setting, both seem to do nothing until you can't see out of the...
Our local dealership always does that, any press shots and even ads advertising the Extreme feature the 182 instead of the actual car they are trying to sell you!
Too right, hopefully S25 will be getting a full XXX treatment on Saturday before FCS. Got an Aston Martin parked outside at the moment, a girl walked past earlier and commented on my car and as good as blanked the AM, I felt soooo good ;)
Not forgetting the insane Group B Evolution Cars, manufacturers only had to produce 20 road-going versions of those.
From that wmv vid posted its the T16 that really gives you an idea of how fast these things went, around the 1:40 mark on the vid I think, the acceleration after each corner is...
Tell me about it, although I'm destined for a breakdown after saying this...I'm on my 3rd Clio now, covered around 120k in 6 years and never had a single breakdown or any problems whatsoever. Clio 1 was an N reg RL Prima, took that past 110k with no probs, Clio 2 was an 03 1.2 Dynamique from new...
I was waiting for one of those comments ;)
Not been washed for 8 days now (500 miles) so its holding up pretty well, Hardcore XXX Paste Wax...I love it.
Roads are pretty much flooding here so I'm bored as hell stuck indoors, thought I'd pop out and get a few shots during a short break in the rain...
Mondial shows up nice...
and some overexposed B&W shots...
I'd imagine most people will have heard of them, plenty still about in some form or another competing and they always crop up in computer games, stunning cars. I love the 6R4...
It's a Renault 8 Gordini...
"The Renault 8 Gordini provided dramatic performance in its day, sufficient in fact to win the Tour de Course rally on its first outing. Whilst the standard Renault 8 had a 956cc or 1108cc engine pushing out 48hp the Gordini was powered by a 1255cc engine with...
Seems strange that a lightweight track car was prepared from a Full Fat 182, surely a Cup would have been an easier job? Unless it started life as a road car I guess before they decided to go mental on it.
Because the colour of the wheels looks wrong? I thought the same thing but then realised the light they were under, I put my Cup under similar conditions a while back and you would swear it was a purple car!
