That be the ones iirc, had two fitted yesterday for £65 each, good price.
What does the 84 mean before the speed rating? I noticed 80 and 84 was available.
Didn't spot her, to be honest I can't remember her name so it could have been an awkward conversation!
We used to go to Showcase or Cineworld in Bristol before the Bath Odeon opened. Nothing like that around the Westbury/Trowbridge area unfortunately, most people I know go to Bath or Bristol...
All well and good, but millions of us are born into rural areas, we can't all move into cities where public transport is adequate.
We are told to use public transport, but at the same time the bus and train services are cut back on a yearly basis. A local rail-line that has enjoyed a 40%...
I seen a Lambo with 6 months tax on it recently (incidently it costs the same as a 172/182), its clearly affecting all of us when a Gallardo owner only pays up for 6 months at a time :)
I agree though, bit of a crapper that older - heavier polluting cars get away with cheaper prices than new...
Yup, went to Wetherspoons then on to see Slither at the Odeon. This has got to be my first proper spot!
Amusing little story actually, need to pay to get out of there but the machines were all out of order at about 11pm, so quite a few of us wondered what the hell to do. We decided to try our...
Mine does it, most do from what I've experienced here. I've sat back and let Rallypug etc worry about, but I've never heard of a suitable fix so have never taken mine in.
I wouldn't bother taking it in, unless you want someone going out "testing" your car everytime you do.
You can't beat standard headlights with some Osram Silverstar's installed imo, light up the road brilliantly without dazzling other drivers. So everyone is happy. They even look quite nice.
Average for Super here in the Westbury area is now 101.3p, athough with the absence of Optimax around here I've paid up to 105p for Ultimate. Might have to go with Tesco Super 97 soon although thats about 100p now, wish they would get their arses in gear and roll out Tesco 99 into the South West...
I think Platinum Renault may have something to say about that, last I knew they had an unregistered Trophy in storage ready for an 06 plate, and a TR06 PHY plate ready to go on it.
The 500/500 Trophy on Pistonheads was the car won in AutoCar a while back. The owner clearly isn't interested!
Ignoring commuting/work related miles (which are irrelevant imo) I've done 11,500 in 11 months. Thats just driving for the hell of it pretty much, and going to and from all the ClioSport meets!
Or on the other hand, its had every possible problem sorted out, and realistically most would have been driven hard so its not so different in that respect. Thats what its built for after all.
Will be keeping an eye on this, replaced mine last time with the standard Contisport Contacts for £58 a corner, lasted about 12k on the front and lots more on the rear. Seem to be pretty good but I've not really got anything to compare them with.
Been considering Eagle F1's next.
Optimax and Ultimate is already well over £1 a litre around here and thats all I generally fill up with. Seems to be cheaper when I head East or North, but I can't remember Ultimate dropping below a quid for a good 6 months now in these parts.
I always fill up to the brim, usually when I have...
I put you at mid to late 20s, knowing women and how they react you will either:
a) be happy, because you are actually older but are pleased I thought you looked younger
b) be angry, because you are actually older but wish you were still mid 20s
c) be happy, as I was spot on
d) be angry, as...
But the likelyhood is that if you want a good example to actually use, this won't be it. I've read so much about actually looking for a car with average-ish miles on it (8-12k per year) rather than paying through the nose for one with stupidly low miles, as chances are you will have less...
Thought I'd check my photo-site stats after publishing these and the Combe pics yesterday...

hehe, "my first driving lesson"...
Cheers for all the kind comments guys (and girl), glad they came out ok. Managed to publish 180 of 400 which is a pretty good ratio I think, the rest are either blurred or the car is out of shot!
Its been fantastic, huge thanks for organising them all. Been to 3 myself, one driving in October and the last two taking pictures. Had a great time at all of them but it was a fitting ending yesterday, the best I've been to, hard to explain why though.
Lets hope if that is it then we can...
Problem is as such big crowds go to watch people start showing off. The normal weekday trackdays aren't nearly as eventful.
Its why so many people turn up to spectate though, guaranteed nutters on track.
Cheers for the comments guys. I had a great day, probably my favourite day out so far despite the iffy weather, always a good laugh even though I wasn't competing. Will be adding a few more pics to the galleries later.
Here you go, all Airfield pics split by car...a couple more to be added tomorrow from my final memory card but all cars are covered by at least 4 pics at the moment iirc.
