two if you want to run each at su bat 1kwrms. But these amps are £800ish! Each!
I could sort you out 2 PBX XA3000d's for the price of 1 of them!!! Thats 6200wrms for the price of 1000wrms lol!
Exactly, second hand stuff is the key ;)
Jenko has pM'd me looking at the latest and greatest small foot print alpine amps, which are £700+ and only put out 1kwrms!
if you are defiant on type X subs, its 1000wrms and its a dual 4 ohm voicecoil.
You could wire this to show a 2 ohm load, so you are looking at an amplifier that will do 1000wrms @ 2ohm. This would mean you would need 2 amplifiers, 1 per sub woofer. To keep it alpine, you could get 2 Alpine...
i thought the only way to set up a multi battery set up was wit ha split charge kit consisting off a relay?
Ive bought one of these for £40 to wire up my 3 Red tops (1 for the basic car stuff, 1 for ICE, One for the airbags when they are fitted)

Did you need to upgrade your power source? IE battery and alternators?
There is no reason for this post its just out of curiosity ;););););););)
thanks
id use a miniumum of 4 gauge mate.
I'm doing this mod soon, may be having 2 more batteries in the boot, but im using 0 gauge for ALL this, should be running 4 12's with a 3000wrms amp! Possibly going to use a Ohio Generators Alternator.
Id say off the top of my head 4 gauge is about 10mm...
