@Cub. That's a perfect application of man maths and actual maths.
OP If you have the money and like the clio do it. The 'loads of people sell them after 6 months' whilst it may be true, it is also the case that lots of people chop and change cars whether they are turbo'd, charged, projects etc...
I have done this in situ, same problem only one bolt was completely stuck. For me the left hanger was fine, plenty of room to work and the rubber came out really easily. The right/more central one was a complete PITA. Hard to get to, the rubber was a total b*****d to get out, had to resort to...
Yeah funky is about right, I'm thinking of getting the middle section re trimmed, but I'm going to to get them in the car first and see if they are keepers.
Cheers Simon, they have transformed the look of the car. I really didn't get on with the standard wheels.
Thought it was about time I made some effort to record the modifications I have done to date and future stuff planned. It started its life with me as a standard non cup 182. I've had the car for a few years now and the spec is as follows:
Mk1 Yozza Exhaust + Sleeved to Cat
Speedline 2118's...

@dann2707 @Ant_Smiggy
Can bring an SLR and ropey photography skills to meets as well.
In for track days, driving meets, photo meets and RR days.
Not fussed about meets in car parks, eating krispy creme doughnuts or meals out.
@Matthew @leeds_182 happy to help out if needed.
@Brookie. I have just got the 2118's in the last few weeks, I used to live in Kirkstall near the leisure center so you might have seen it about. Cheers for the positive comments.
@dann2707 might be able to help you with the 4x4 front ride height I've got two front sportlines if you want them? Temporary measure until you arrange the B14's.
The car owed me a drive so I thought I'd take some shots while I was out. As you can see I didn't have time to wash it and the rear lights out :confused:.
Future plans: spacers, seats, sabelt wheel, cage and harnesses.
Comments welcome. Nick
