£38 to change the battery, £49 for the camera, £33 for the speaker LOL
These are seriously 2 minute jobs... the front glass repair is value but only if they are using original parts.
see thread I posted a few weeks ago, managed to get OEM parts.
http://www.cliosport.net/forum/showthread.php?712561-OEM-parts
It's the second time i've had to rip the phone apart (after the non-OEM screen failed) and i've managed to weaken the wifi antenna, oops.. take your time, lay out the...
fair, in hindsight I should have done that a few months ago (when it was repeatedly run over:clown:) but right now, that's £100 I need for other stuff..
Saying that if something simple breaks, speaker, vibrator, battery, rear case etc. you'd be mad to buy a refub, they are cheap two minute jobs.
I can confirm Regizmo.com is legit, the stuff sent was genuine & I could probably trade it in for re-cycle now.
I have however seemingly busted or not fully reconnected the wifi antenna!! :o
Put an eBay screen in my 4S and well, its gone naff after 4 months. Can still use it for text and calls but waiting on the next iPhone/Nexus to come out could get tedious.
Where do you buy your parts? Has anyone heard of or used Regizmo, can't find them on trustpilot...
any price rumours? if its priced close to or better than the Nexus 4 and still has tethering I'm in.
after being run over by a car and replacing the screen myself [seemingly badly], my 4s is a mess :clown:
I'd be all over this C if markedly cheaper.
The phone just gets used on the fly for navigation and the basics, then tethering to the iPad mini. That's what the games etc. are played on.
Peasant I know.
It is getting old probably.
My 3gs used to die at around 40%, it became a liability. My 4S started to get funny recently and after getting run over by a car I've replaced the front/screen, rear and battery. It is an easy job & a cheap part. Worth doing [at your own risk] if outside of warranty...
epic face lift for Google music.
Done a good job of matching all my music with a smorgasbord of artwork and images. The instant mixes are really very good too.
I'd only go full frame if I could afford the glass to back it up. 5D + 85mm f/1.2 would be immense.
Dayum, could have been interested, especially if you shifted that fisheye! Although sounds like you got near market price!
I know you don't want to get carried away thinking about a camera you don't own and whilst they are all superb lenses only 1 is forward compatible (correct me if wrong).
I used to own a 40D Canon 10-22, 17-55 IS and 70-200 Non IS f4, similar to the above line up and will cover all your needs...
I'm guessing they are General format and are infact text?
In that case as a bodge I would try and use Replace, replace Sep with 09 and then replace spaces with /, then try and change the format again.
Pres Ctrl+F to open the Find box and tab to replace. someone might come up with a better...
iPad mini, it'll sync apps and iCloud/Photostream/Boomarks which is great if you have an iPhone. I'm trying to ditch apple but my mini is stopping me. Can use the iPhone as a hotspot easily, although this should work with any wifi enabled device.
I could be tempted by a nexus 7 but haven't...
Been using Google Music at work, for that reason alone its bloody brilliant.
What's even better is the shuffle, shuffles. iTunes seems to ignore the majority of my library and plays the same songs over and over. Officially hate iTunes 11 even more.
Thanks for pointing this out yesterday! Back and tools in the post, should now get the full amount :approve: and hardy that's a fantastic deal! contract isn't up until Mid May but at that price..
Cheers, O2 will recycle my 4s for £220, may as well get the phone outright and not be tied in for 18 months?
Some decent 12 month SIM deals for just over a tenner a month..
http://www.uswitch.com/mobiles/compare/sim_only_deals/
ive been on O2 contract as long as I can remember, am I missing...
Can someone explain wtf is going on.
Nexus 4 from Google Play is £279
o2 want ~£400 on various nutty 18/24 month contracts.
Am I missing something? Anyone recommend a good SIM only contract?
700D? sounds a bit like the 40D with a better ISO and different screen, only one came out in 2007!! give me one of those instead & a wad of change.
As for the 100D, if you want something that small get a CSC like the eos M or micro 4/3 that offer smaller lenses too.
I'm not after some apple vs thread but I really fancy a change.
Currently have:
iPhone 4s [upgrade due]
iPad mini
PC with iTunes
iTunes 11 really isn't growing on me and the iphone seems average but I've not used any alternatives? love my mini.
Am discovering Google at the moment, Chrome is...
