Its not a standard engine you need, just a one that's been put together properly! No high comp fanciness in mine and it probably wants the stem seals going but it goes ok. Hopefully we'll all be out together at oulton if tony gets his car back, or maybe that's wishful thinking! russ

I get all my bits at cost +5% which is staff discount at my local renault dealer so prices are a little lower than they would be but think they were £76 exchange to me which is cheaper than circa £90-£100 for some budget part at ecp's. Russ

It had new genuine pug pinch bolts last time I had it in bits when I owned it as I don't cut corners when building my cars. I believe the guy that bought it from me has had the gearbox out so its obviously been done then. Russ
