Lol its my pit crew that have an aversion to sleeping in cars khj100 doesn't like it, I'm not fussed! I remember camping in a big tent at Anglesey years ago before a race and it was grim, freezing cold, wind and rain but that's probably luxury compared to most of the local b&bs on Anglesey!

Yeah all the fancy stuff is optional, no prices for base car or options yet though. Need more info but I'll be very impressed to see if go under 8 at the ring with hardly and more power or much less weight than the 265trophy.

not sure what you're saying there Danny, what's actually failed first, the clutch-flywheel bolts themselves or have the threaded holes in the flywheel been stripped etc. is the flywheel still in one piece?

Looking good mate, it's still the only clio I want that I haven't had, would have it fully restore it properly like my S1 Rallye that I've now sold, one of these would be the ideal replacement! keep the pics coming mate.

The transponders do come up 2nd hand, just keep an eye on ebay and pistonheads and more often than not they'll be on racecarsdirect.com they normally sell for just over £200.

You can hire a transponder from tsl on the day yes, don't quote me but I'm sure its about £30. Otherwise if you buy a new one they're subscription based. I personally would try and find a non subscription version and be done with it. You're looking for an amb Tranx 260DP. DP is direct powered as...
