Yeah. If possible, make sure they're a RS specialist, as the belts are notorious for problems.
If not, try and knock £4-500 off the price and take it to one of the specialists on here, imo.
If i use a trolley jack on the sills, I always use a bit of rag balled up between the jack and the sill.
Takes the harshness away and stops it bending.
Renewals are always a b**ch ime.
They assume you're going to renew without shopping around.
Shop around and go with someone else, or at least go back to them with another cheaper quote and see what they can do.
