    You can use a resistor to disable airbag sensors under standard seats when fitting anything without an airbag. Or I believe you can go to a specialist who will reprog the airbag ecu to not look for them. Not sure about the seatbelts with tensioners, but I have two 106 rear seatbelt clips...

    If you do the mirrors, Just get a full second set. That way you can experiment without messing up what's top condition. Plus if your spraying then any set will do.

    Like the idea of how you can stage all this. Yes kit/Ecu is the start. Then say save another year. Do the internals, derestrict then remap. Bigger fun. Start saving for gearboxes ;)

    Just seen there is also a gearbox involved. Not sure if I am understanding the spec numbers but on a Rotrex 30 series its 1:9.49. So guessing adding that (10 times for simplicity)to my basic calculation 5000rpm engine = 100,000rpm at SC using a 1:2 ratio pulley Yes?

    Good to hear your sorted mate. for future info. However I agree with the comments above. If you unplugged an injector and nothing changed...then you have found a knackered injector. When you unplug a healthy one the engine should noticeably die in my experience. I have had two knackered...

    Brilliant Ben, I thought I did well finding a ten year old car with 58k on it. You certainly won't be short of buyers if you ever did shift. Will be interesting to see if DTM £5500 super low mileage 172 cup sells. R- sport looks like he got messed about with his 27k for £4350 as its back up...
