Cheers folks. Had some joy with sitting the rail on a house radiator to try and warm up the o rings a bit. Then i used a small amount of wd40 sillicon lub spray. Still needed a good shove but we are on.

As in not technicaly designed for normal seat belts (3 point). I know many folks use normal belts on full buckets and some buckets (sparco f200's) have a 3 point rating.

I can't begin to imagine your patience fella. Just take comfort in that most of use can only dream of running a trophy of this spec. It's tough enough keeping ontop of a my basic 182 that is a 2nd car. ;)
