While i search for a new job and get my finances sorted the valver has to go and i will be using my other halfs 1.2 5 door corsa!!!! (tis 16v i will have you know!!) But i will be hoping to get a 172 once all is in line!!!

I paid £70 to have my oil & filter changed (i supplied the filter, mechanic supplied the oil) fit both track rods & ends, fit cam cover gasket and fit front brake discs!!! Bargain garage!!!

True!! but you know they are there and amped up they should sound good!! I have some 80w rms jbls in the front on mine and they are run through an amp, sound very good!

I have looked on the trader over the weekend - found a 172 52 plate with 30k for £6700. A 52 plater 172 cup with 24k for £7495 and a fair few 53 platers with under 20k for around the high 7s and low 8s.

if i look at mine from that angle it looks about the same!! i can live with it sticking out further than the rest as IMO its the best sounding exhaust I have heard on a valver so far!!

Car is going in to the garage for a few over needed bits! Oil & filter change Cam Cover gasket Track rods and ends (mine are siezed and cant adjust the tracking!) fan belt tighten New discs to replace warped performance discs from OMP How much difference is an oil and filter...
