Ouch, as much as I hate my Cokin setup for under £30 it was quite a bargain lol
oh and that'll be £30 for each individual adapter ring and you'll need to make sure you get the special Wide Angle version for the 10-20..
Was going to say if you have a higher budget the Lee system looks very good, its on my wish list, looking at nearly 200 notes though for a setup with 1 ND & 1GND. You can also combine the Lee system with some Hi-techs to save about £50.
Where the feck did that come from, all those people getting exited by rumour threads banging on about a 5D MKII are going to be gutted lol
My 350D just became worthless as a 2nd hand sale!
p.s. apparently there is a 430EX II as well...
On the cheap the Cokin P Wide Angle holder and a Cokin 2stop soft GDN but this is a Grey ND and not neutral so I'd spend a little more and get some Hi-Tech GND's for the Cokin holder.
Thanks for the offer, wish I was better financial, gear needs to go on hold for a bit, may sell a lens first for this one.
Yeah saw that you can get the 100-400 earlier for £750 so I'd probably rather get that but I've never played with a push pool zoom, wonder what its like?
Been checking on this one myself, along with the 150-500 OS HSM, thats a great US price. Post up lots of pictures so I can decide if its worth it for a travel lens :)
is it sad that i get that dig?
anywhoo, just check dA's self portrait section for some similar stuff..

Tough call, I'd consider seeing how cheap you could get a 2nd hand f4, its a good lens, there are occasions where I wish I had the IS but they are far and few between.
430EX user here, it makes a massive difference.
I was just about to slate the SB-400 big time but turns out you can bounce it upwards, be it rather restrictively, it actually looks rather compact and looks like a real good idea now but if you want more control, better bouncing etc and can...
Stick it into google.
Or if your on POTN read..

Kerso + UK rebate should be as good as Hong Kong and you'll have UK stock..

Shoot Canon, look no further than http://photography-on-the.net/forum/index.php its massive, dwarfs this place and if you don't shoot Canon, your still welcome..
Looks for re-rechargeable batteries with a high Nihm number, I use Nihm 2700's in my flashgun and it goes for ages. I'd look around the net though as I'm no expert..
A dark filter? circular polariser perhaps?
The problem is that your shooting high contrast situations with the wrong Metering set. Your Camera is trying to expose for very bright sky and very dark shaded areas like the tree, its attempted to find a medium for all of this and you end up with...
Photoshop is wicked, my camera parameters are set to neutral so its kind of essential although I hate it when I have several hundred pictures to do! :S
