Check this before spending any money. Mine wouldn't work sometimes, checked here and it was a bad connection on horn itself. Quick clean and connected back up and it was fine.
Ye I can help with those if needed.
If you pay the membership you can see all the different Traders section on here and the for sale sections etc. It will pay for itself ten fold over the coming year
They're only messing ;)
Bear with this site mate its one of the better ones out there.
A lot of helpful knowledgable people and the mods sort the wallys out pretty quick.
Get a pic up of the discs it might help diagnose if there's a problem ...
Fantastic that.
I did 2.5k round France this summer and was one of the best things I have done. Saw fantastic things like Millau viaduct and ate very nice food.
Hoping to do the other side next summer and incorparate the ring hopefully.
Need to get sorted with a go pro for next time...
^ As Al says above.
Picture showing it here:

I've got a similar set up and have come down the stud wall from above in the loft and have ariel and power leads going into a flat screen on bedroom wall. Nice and tidy.
I know op may...
Love these cars, look and sound superb. 5th gear are putting people in them around the ring in the current series.
Good watch, but the presenters voice was doing my head in by the end.
Lucky not to hit the lamp post or tree mate, they don't tend to move a great deal!
Least you're ok and not too much damage to car. Guessing there wasn't much meat left on tyres if they put two new ones on front
He's works for camskill mate, so guessing there.
They do work very well, I've recently got some and had a bit of snow off the beaten track in North Yorkshire and was impressed with them. That's on an mx5 btw
Just drive to the conditions and you'll be fine. I have hardly had ABS kick in...
^ ye I suggested Paul and also his dad at RS Murrays before to him mate.
He says its sorted itself out now after the plug change and clearing fault codes
When mine was at 113k it seemed to be quicker then when i got it at 32k. Sure there are a couple knocking around with 175-200k on them...
Like with anything, look after it and it will look after you
As said you've done well to get them with car as there is a few £££s worth there.
A set of wheels with decent tyres for what ever the weather.
I'm trying the Federal rsr next year (similar to the r1rs you have)
Welcome, looks tidy. Silver vision front indicator bulbs, clear side repeater covers and a shorter ariel would improve it slightly for relatively little money.
You get this sorted Dan? Just remembered i know someone with a small diagnostic machine....
I'll let you know if i can get hold of it in next couple of days for you and can meet you as i'll be about your way
Welcome mate.
I like the flamer (i'd loose the stripes but its your car do what you want!). My ph2 172 drove a lot better on 15" wheels so I wouldn't bother changing, tyres are a lot cheaper than 16s aswel.
Love that old Ford!
Yep you need are the ones with the bearings and abs rings on mate. You can swap the abs rings over if in good condition.
More hassle than its worth to try re use the bearings
Thanks lads.
^ Sorry mate. It wasn't full . It's done that a few times when the your inbox is nearly full warning comes up (with 25 spaces remaining) its saying its full. Must be a glitch.
Ill see if one of mods/admin can sort it for me.
I've deleted some old PMs now so should be back...
