Wouldn't say it's identical by any means but it's close, went and helped my sister buy a new one and saw one of them in that colour. I'd taken our RB so was interested to compare.
Might be a stupid question but are you pulling the stalk more than once? Pretty certain it only works on every other pull of the stalk.
On the other hand, like has been said, you don't have to have them for MOT, it's just that if they're present they should work. Same with the spare and it...
Both actually lol, spoke to the VXR guy on here, was chatting to his cousin when I bumped into him out having a drive.
The LY wasn't about long and got sold, it was usually parked up outside the RMI.
I know of both of them (don't know them personally mind) and the guy who had the LY 182. Was out for a spin with my brother a few weeks ago going over to Chorley and back and a guy in a Leon CR ended up tagging along randomly, was the VXR driver's cousin, chatted to him for a while. The Glanza...
I'll be over Westhoughton a couple of times this week though, need to pick some stuff up from a pal. You're more likely to see his new car, Frozen White Focus ST with black RS wheels. There used to be a few members round here but don't see that many these days.
Yeah, not in Westhoughton that much. Not seen yours in the flesh either from memory, subscribed to your thread as well so I'd probably have recognised it.
Been a while since I've been up to viewpoint for a drive, forgot the spot existed. Not sold on the wheels, maybe they'll grow on me, the rest of it looks nice though.
Saw your car near the Fogarty Moss Centre. Looking good with the Recaros and OZ F1s. My 3 year old kept taking me back to it because it looked like the wife's to him.
I did this with my 172 system when it rotted through and fell off years ago. It was pretty anti-social for a few days and I set a couple of car alarms off driving past. Stuck it in the boot in the meanwhile in case I was pulled.
These guys are good, we used to use them when I sold cars for local main dealers. Well priced and good for smart repairs as well.

You'll spend thousands to get that kind of a power gain. You'd also need throttle bodies etc. These engines aren't that easy or cheap to gain massive power out of.
If any mods stumble across this thread in the near future would you mind locking it. The thread's served it's purpose and the advert is visible to anyone that wishes to take a look.
Cheers
With the age of the car the majority of your questions answer themselves.
Tax - All new cars sold in the UK are advertised with first registration fee and the showroom tax. All new cars are registered with 12 months now so taking the first registration from the advert it's pretty obvious that...
Well we've established that he's not not going to win any photography awards in the short term but is there something missing from the written advert you'd like more information on?
For a little more background, £16,500 is what he's been offered as a trade in, as he's a nice bloke he'd rather someone else get it for that than a dealer. This explains the start price and relaxed attitude to pricing/reserve.
You interested or trolling?
If you're interested go speak with him, he wants £16,500 bear minimum (now the fifth time I've typed that price) but if it fetches any more it's a bonus for him. Even if it goes for more, it's still a cheap car (all things relative of course).
If you're trolling I...
But evidently not brains.
If it sells for £16,500 then it sells for £16,500. If the wonders of supply and demand mean he gets more then he gets more. I appreciate auctions are a new thing and take some time to get your head around but hold in there pal, you'll get it eventually.
