Perhaps its f*cked/timing is wrong?
Ktec are very well respected on here & have an excellent reputation for mapping & loom building. Their use of gaffa tape is sublime.
I had a similar problem in my 2nd year at uni actually, everyone always wanting me to drive to the shops/town/pick them up, etc.
So what did i do? I removed all the seats, bar the drivers one. Scrounging c*nts.
To be honest, im having almost similar thoughts at the moment, not re: having no...
Yeah, the arches are lipped on the inside, retains dirt over time & rusts from the inside out. Same on the e36 & 46. Would have thought they'd change the design by now, but obviously make too much money out of replacement hand arches to care ;)
Ha ha, im just glad that my little car makes everyone giggle like i do ;)
To be fair, the brush was only used on the lower door area, & on the sills, i prefer to use a scouring pad on the bits higher up, can get a bit more pressure on the paint to really lift all that dirt off ...

FYi, i was spending about 350 quid in track time cost, fuel, food & brakes/tyres per day. Then spent about 1500 making it mechnically perfect when it broke.
All in all, excluding buying/playing with it, 6 track days have cost me about 3.5k in the past 12 months ...

Carbon Lorraine pads (on track only, they eat paint/wheels, etc)
Decent fluid & braided lines
A bucket...
Ah ya big gay. Its probably more Trophy than all the other ones, actually gets used for driving. Lots in fact.
As Mike says, would come back perfectly if we could be bothered, the paints so soft i could probably push the scratches out by hand.
I generally regret selling all my cars, but i had a list, & i wanted to get through it before i was 30...
The highlights, & the biggest regrets are as follows :dapprove:
106 Gti (2003-2004). God i loved that car (well both of them in fact, 1st was written off by some fool)
1st rung on the...
Hang on. Are we talking about buying 4 pots to reduce unsprung mass whilst using 2118's?
My 19" M3 wheels weigh less than they do lol.
Simply buy some RC5 pads & never experience brake fade ever again.
Well, its a proper Trophy, so Sachs of course :D along with Sportlines and a Whiteline ARB.
I carry a spare wheel/R888/toolkit in the boot for the lowz.
Re: Reading, im from Basingstoke, dont think ive ever driven the Trophy through Reading - was probably .Luke. (in my old Trophy).
