Well, good news chaps!
Those of you that pre-ordered might be lucky like me and be getting your S23 a day earlier than planned. Just got an email from Samsung!
Thank F my case is arriving tonight
With the plan to be doing more track days, I figured I should finally jump on the AC bandwagon to get some (probably much needed) practise in.
Wow.
Downloaded game, launched once, downloaded Content Manager, immediately found my M140i and tracks from the (ridiculous!) list of mods.
How...
Has anyone got/used one of those 'Tornado' air blaster thingys for blasting dust out of mats?
Seen a good few people use them but I cant tell if theyre actually rubbish or not?
Something like this...
Its a good 6.5 hours away from me personally. It will be more for others, im sure.
But, id be more than happy to make the journey if its suitable for us.
Over to you @Nik 👌
Ive had Spigen ones for eternity now. Theyre great but they dont really do the whole magnet+mount combo. Id ideally like an all in one as they tend to work better.
Quadlock do look great. However, upon reading reviews, the Mous cases are actuallly better. If I rode, it would be quadlock for...
New S23 Ultra 5g pre-ordered. Green! Should match my watch strap nicely.
Cases - Help!
Im liking the Quadlock / Mous ones (Why TF are they so expensive now?!). I need a good case that I can throw at a dashboard mount when im in the car (I get in and out the car frequently for work so its got...

£205 for just the body!
This chap used it once (or so he says...) last year and not again since. He is testing it before sending it which is good and im covered by paypal in case it is junk.
Really happy to get it for...
Indeed!
Was the first thing I spotted when I walked around the car (I also always walk around videoing to cover myself)
I had to inform him - needless to say he wasnt best pleased 🤣 🤣
aaaaand detailingworld comes in clutch again.
Been wanting a small polisher as a side-kick to my trusty DA. Spotted this, only been used twice and got it for a bargain. Perfect for intricate areas, quickly sorting out gloss black sections and even headlights if I so wished.
Winner!
A while back I started reaching out to friends to do some valeting/detailing for them as a bit of a side hustle.
You could say things have been going well. I only get time around running the store but I do really enjoy it.
Yesterday was peak for me. Ill let the results speak for...
No problem!
As @Tory-ing_Rob said, its possible that the additional heat created from running the engine could make them be a little less happy.
For example, my old Clio 182 would be fine on idle (after I had cleared the faults) but the light would flash up that it was unhappy after a mile or...
Good stuff.
A code reader will get you much much further as it should help indicate where the fault lies. In your case, you should find its either the injectors or coil pack thats gone as you have checked sparkplugs (just check theyre the correct type!)
Its more than likely to be one of a few different things:
Coil pack
Spark Plugs
Injectors (In my experience this is the most likely)
Failing that, its off for a leak down test.
This is assuming you have a 172/182? The reason the OP didnt get a reply was probably because we havent been given...
used this stuff on ALL sorts of stuff and it works every time. Ill always have a bottle of it kicking about.
I used half a bottle once just cleaning out the dog smell of a customers car I was detailing once. Smelt great....until the dog went back in and destroyed it again :(
Those that have jumped from android to iphones - thoughts?
Im tempted. Im less nerdy than I used to be with phones, so the android flexibility isnt that important to me. The Note I have has DeX (like a mini computer OS so you can plug your phone into a monitor and use it as a computer), and ive...
yeah, the wife is really pleased with her iPhone (god knows which one it is).
Battery life is important to me as I use it a lot for work. Needs to be able to dual sim (although E-Sim looks decent). I liked having the pen but I never used it as much as I should have.
The only thing about...
Erm. TBH, I think my Note 20 was around the £1200 mark.
Should be able to get it through work so if thats the case, a similar budget should be suitable
Right chaps, I think a new phone is on the horizon.
Ive got an S20 Note Ultra 5G and, its been great. I wasnt sure id get on with the size at first (its pretty large) but its been really good.
The battery though, jesus wept, its annoying the s**t out of me. Fully charged in the morning, fair...
In our house we have both a switch and switch lite. The wife has the full blown version and, tbh, its way better.
Yeah, the dock and removeable controllers are a big plus for playing with others on the TV etc. However, the biggest thing I notice is the battery life and speed of the console...
Honestly, what a reply :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO:
I has high hopes for the kind of reply that would come from you, expectations were exceeded.
I have no idea why but the final paragraph literally had me in stitches! Its a bit like the overly quoted phrase used by someone famous (Steve Jobs possibly?)...
I was hoping you would hop onto this thread actually as im aware you do a lot with coding and computers etc!
Its mindboggling for a muggle like me. The fact that it can smash out huge bodies of text that perfectly make sense based on minimal info (see @Richard_UK 's post above) but then can...
yeah, sorry mate, I didnt explain that very well. I was doing 2 things at once and....well......im not my wife :ROFLMAO:
What I should have said was something along the lines of:
It looked as though it did what you wanted it to do perfectly. Its amazing how you can throw it a bunch of words...
So, from my very very minimal reading, the 'health' element of GPT is somewhat untested so far. They, apparently, have fully fledged doctors examining the results to see if its going to suggest amuptation for a common cold but so far the results look reasonable.
Without dropping trou and...
ah, yeah, realised it was SC cases after I properly read it.
Again, its a no from me. But id bet many would take that money even it meant being incarcerated!
I literally saw this on my feed earlier.
I mean, yeah, fine, if you're in for a traffic violation or whatever. But, anything more serious? Nah, thanks. Ill let a real person do that for me.
Then again, I know plenty of people who would risk it for a million quid :ROFLMAO:
