Theres no point imo, a lot of work and cost for no benefit.

Should be fine, just bought a karcher one (rated @100bar) and works fine with my foam lance. Think the higher the rating the 'foamier' the foam. Just make sure you get a karcher fitting with the foam lance.

Try some autoglym tar remover, or failing that autoglym do a kit aswell http://www.grandprixlegends.com/car-gear/by-category/autoglym/Stain-and-scuff-removal.html Try the tar remover first though. Wont remove it completely but makes it less prominent.

Euro car parts list a clio sport alternator as being 110A if that helps

Very tidy looking car, nice choice mods on it. I'd highly recomend Anglesey circuit when you decide to take it on track.

There should be an abs sensor in the font hub somewere on the rear of the hub iirc.
