A few updates from me, I’ve only just got my laptop back from Apple so that’s stopped me editing some photos :/ -

I'm assuming that you've used the centre focus point due to the dog being in the centre of frame? If you do that I'd crop the photo to make for a more interesting composition :)
Nice colours and tones though.
Thanks for the suggestions all.....
lol, anyway, I took it in to Apple today and the screen is going to be replaced at a cost, so that's a fair bit of money gone.
So, this keeps happening, it started yesterday for no apparent reason and keeps happening. It would stop doing it when the screen was at certain angles but now it won't stop. I'm booking a Genius Bar appointment ASAP, but I'd like to know if anybody else knew anything about it before I went.

Lets be honest here, there’s no real comparison between a DSLR and a mobile phone, otherwise why would we all own DSLRs?
Phones may be good for the odd snapshot, but I’m pretty sure it’d only be because you didn’t have your DSLR with you.
Not a lot, only around £25, it isn’t really made for the weight of my DSLR so I did this with caution (I bought it a while back for an action camera). They do make a more heavy duty one though.
Cheers. I didn’t use an ND filter because it was taken using my fisheye so I can’t add an ND filter unless I got one of the small gelatin ones that insert at the rear of the lens. It was one of the limiting factors in this shot actually, it was too bright to get a longer exposure. I may try...
This is partially true, but a phone certainly is no competition for a DSLR in the same pair of hands.
Just an aside, don’t get caught up in all of the 40mp hype of the new Nokia phones, it’s about as indicative of it’s ability as when people who know nothing about cars brag about engine...
My Grandad has just got a Mk3 MR2 so I went out in it today and got some rolling shots using my suction mount (fairly heavy duty one mind)-

I bought my second hand Sigma 15mm F2.8 Fisheye for £350 second hand, so not utterly ridiculous in terms of price. It does require the in camera motor though, not an in-lens one.
I know Samyang make one that everybody rates highly, but there’s no autofocus, you’d have to manually focus it. The only autofocus AF lens for your camera would be the Nikon 10.5mm as far as I know, and that’s quite expensive.
Cheers. Yeah not too bad, certain areas are terrible. I never go with the intention of getting great photos there really, just a few photos to show the event.
I liked these from Autosport this weekend, my fisheye produces some surprisingly nice bokeh, albeit when nearly touching the subject lol -

So I thought I’d make a thread for any pics from Autosport. They’ll more than likely be very similar to other years, but non the less.

Just saw my post *IS
Oh right yeah! I forgot about the F4, yeah those can be picked up for £350 easily (non IS).
If it’s an F4 the OP is looking for then PM JamesBryan, he’s got a good condition one for £350, I’ve used it myself a few times, really sharp lens and feels solid.
I took this...
