Strange screen problem, opinions needed.

So, this keeps happening, it started yesterday for no apparent reason and keeps happening. It would stop doing it when the screen was at certain angles but now it won't stop. I'm booking a Genius Bar appointment ASAP, but I'd like to know if anybody else knew anything about it before I went.

I tried a Google search, and the thing that was suggested was a loose video cable. But as I say, I'd really appreciate some knowledge on this, because my laptop is crucial.

Thanks for the suggestions all.....

lol, anyway, I took it in to Apple today and the screen is going to be replaced at a cost, so that's a fair bit of money gone.
