Amazing work there James, the attention to detail is out of this world. It seems a shame to drive it on track lol
Good luck for the racing season mate, hopefully get to see this car in the metal prior to Spa at some point.
Glad you got them sorted, just seems that some ppl dont know how to bleed 4 pots correctly. Im going to run DS2500 on mine so I can compare the difference between OEM and the 4pot breaking, then either switch to DS3000 or the 1144's. I fancy some squealing action to give the car more of a road...
Interesting, do you think it may have something to do with the open filter in the engine bay, radiant heat effecting the intake temp? I fitted a GruppeM intake system a few years ago to my RS4 and that suffered very similar symptoms unless it was 1) Mapped and 2) cold air feeding directly into...
I had a mate who also had a pad slip out of the calliper at Brands, unfortunately he ended up in the barrier (Druids), car (Clio) was a write off.
Only thing I dont like about Harrys on the iphone is the lack of an iris in the iphone, it tends to black out when facing direct sunlight...
I had same problem, when I was using jump leads to start the car (from battery to connection points to save putting the battery back in the car), I then connected battery directly to to car and engine fired up, just an idea if you are not already doing so.
Thanks for input guys.
Rev counter now works, was due to no white wire connection leading into the diagnostic port (removed from airbag ecu) so ended up stitched together and it worked. Again another problem caused my moi.
Ok it fires up, my fault as i was running jump leads from the battery to the connection :/ strange as it worked last month when i turned it over.
However the rev counter still doesnt work!!!
