Thanks Margan, yea the brush job came out ok, it did drip in certain places and strokes did smooth out. If I do scratch it then it will be a easy repair...just repaint lol

Continued update, got round to fitting FIA regulated stress plates to the eye holes for the crutch straps and inner lap belt eye.
The inner one was a bit difficult due to the curvature of the transmission tunnel, I didn't want it too far over as the lap...

Fit engine
-with larger airfilter and base plate
-add new clutch
-remap new engine to adopt oem cams
-Possibly wrap exhaust manifold
Fit T7 heater
Wire rain light
Fit larger FIA stress plate to harness eye (should have done before paint job)...

Cheers Nick, I tested the loom and there was no problems at all, I could have chopped more, but after reading that they dont like being messed with I thought I would play it safe, Still managed to remove nearly 3kg of wire!

Little bit of an update. While waiting for the gearbox to come back I decided to tackle the interior.
Stripped the loom down to the minimum, its not as extreme as some ppls on here, but good enough.
I manage to paint the interior, good old paint brush and...

Yea it will be i guess, buy i will only be doing 5k miles a year in it, also the diesel is sluggish as hell... The s/c kicks out 385bhp and does...

Yep LSD in the box, bought it second hand on here, the refurb was for peace of mind, just as well as 5th gear teeth was chipped due to damage when it was last taken apart.

Hiya buddy,
Yes will conduct engine change next week, I received the gear box back from Codered, so all good to go.
Gear box needed a new 5th gear, replaced all seals and grommets, apart from that it was all good to go.
I have already booked both days...

I just sold my B7 RS4 and am getting a RRS 4.2.
