IMO keep with the stock setup 172 cup will fit but realy keep with the right ones cups have a different suspension setup.

Nope H and r's are great there a bit soft for track use realy but there great for road use. I'd do H and R etc or nothing just refresh stock setup as that was a good setup.

check the wire on the chnager is plugged in and take the head unit out check that as well then check the fuel on the cd chnager if yours has one.

60 on the clock isn't a real 60. 0-60 in that time would show a fair just in HP or weight loss.
